Group Pictures will be taken for Hammond Ballet to use for Nutcracker Program, advertising, and publicity. Individual Pictures will be taken by professional photographer Jen Colona and parents will have the opportunity to purchase packages of their dancer. Individual pictures will also be used for ads purchased in the program.

 

Location: A Touch of Class Dance Studio

 

• Please make sure you have your dancer’s correct tights and shoes for pictures. See Costume & Hair Information in Handbook.

• Dancers are to arrive completely ready and will just need to slip on their costume(s).

• Your hair and makeup must be done before you arrive at the studio!

• No Face Paint for Pictures – Soldiers, Bunny Soldiers, Cavalry, Lambs

• Please no fingernail polish.

• Everyone must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time. If you are not here by your scheduled time you will miss your group picture. It is especially important that we stay on schedule.

• NO PARENTS IN THE ROOM DURING PICTURES!

*Rehearsal On Sunday, December 1st *

*Dancers with pictures before/after and during rehearsal: We are aware of the quick changes. Please have their hair in a bun and makeup applied before rehearsal. That way you can do a light touch up after rehearsal. If anyone has any rehearsal and picture overlap, we will work accordingly and get them in and out of pictures as soon as possible to get them into rehearsal.

 

Clara, Fritz, and other dancers in Act 2, will be called for additional pictures at the theater. Please check the theater rehearsal schedule for these details. Full make-up, hair, and costumes are necessary for these pictures.  Flowers and Dew Drop; Snow and Snow Queen Group Pictures will be taken at the theatre during dress rehearsal. Individual pictures should be taken at the studio on November 30th.

 

**Hammond Ballet Junior & Senior Company Headshots & Group:

If you are dancing in the Nutcracker Ballet, you are a member of Hammond Ballet Company. Ages 8 – 11 are considered Junior Company members. Dancers 12 & up are considered Senior Company members.

Picture Attire: Girls, please wear a black camisole leotard/pink tights/pink ballet shoes/Pointe shoes/hair in bun.

***Hammond Ballet Youth Ensemble Group Picture:

The Youth Ensemble is a pre-professional ballet intensive program, and dancers are selected by auditions annually in May.

Picture Attire: Youth Ensemble Blue leotard, pink tights, pink ballet/pointe shoes with hair in bun.
